- Fluent in English (minimum C1 – mandatory)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service OR banking / insurance / financial services (for Ireland)
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable handling sensitive topics: fraud, disputes, refunds, complaints
- Strong decision-making skills in complex situations and empathy towards vulnerable customers
- Fully available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Legal residence in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residence permit – Manifestação de Interesse not accepted)
🧩 Main Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via chat, email, or phone, with a first-contact resolution approach
- Support fraud investigations, complaints, refunds, and sensitive inquiries
- Manage complex cases autonomously and with empathy
- Accurately update records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Provide feedback to the team and contribute to continuous process improvement
💶 Financial Package:
- Base salary: €1,593 (without housing) or €1,382 (with housing included)
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly: up to €132.75/month
- Meal card: €7 per working day (~€154/month)
- Optional accommodation: shared apartment with expenses included + cleaning twice a week
- Paid initial training: €92.80/week
- Performance bonus: up to €300/month
- Health and dental insurance after contract signature
- 12-month renewable contract (possibility of a permanent contract)

- 24/7 rotating shifts
- 40 hours per week (8h/day + 1h break)
- Rotating days off
