Responsibilities will include, among others:
 Ensure that all invoices are executed correctly and on time
 Create credit notes and invoice corrections as required
 Assist the team with monthly and daily reports as required
 Liaise with other Germany-based departments such as Sales and Customer Care and
assist in the development/improvement of processes and procedures
 Contact clients and respond to their needs and concerns

We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual with an eye for detail and a
solution-oriented mindset, who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization
and have a real impact on the business.

 Highschool education or technical degree/apprenticeship in relevant field
 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience (mandatory) in billing, receivables management,
customer service or administration
 Fluency in German is mandatory, in addition to good knowledge of either Portuguese or
English
 Good MsOffice skills (particularly in Excel) and basic knowledge of how a contract is made
 Detail-oriented and able to solve problems
 Skilled at interacting with stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with
assertiveness even under pressure
 Ability to strive in a fast-paced international/multicultural environment

 Eager to learn and grow with the team
