About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our dedicated Zara employees. You will be the go-to resource for your colleagues, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your dedication to providing a seamless internal support experience will be instrumental in keeping our team motivated and productive.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee inquiries via phone, email, and internal messaging
• Resolve employee issues promptly and efficiently
• Provide information and guidance on company policies and procedures
• Process employee requests and forms
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

• Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, rotating Saturdays

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
• Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
