• Location: Entrecampos, Lisbon (On-site)
• Function: Legal back-office support (no direct customer contact)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 | Weekends off
• Salary Package:
• Base salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months)
• Position bonus: €75/month
• Performance bonus: up to €150/month
• Responsibilities:
• Manage passenger complaints through legal channels
• Communicate with lawyers and national enforcement bodies (NEB)

2. Search Engine / Technical Support

• Location: Entrecampos, Lisbon (On-site)
• Function: Technical customer support (software, hardware, e-commerce)
• Working hours: Rotational shifts | Monday to Sunday | 08:00 – 20:00 | 2 days off
• Salary Package:
• Base salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months)
• Complexity bonus: €135/month
• Performance bonus: up to €120/month
• Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

3. Insurance Company – Customer Service

• Location: Entrecampos, Lisbon (On-site)
• Function: Customer support for an international insurance company
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | Rotational shifts between 07:30 – 20:00 | Weekends off
• Salary Package:
• Base salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months)
• Complexity bonus: €100/month
• Performance bonus: up to €100/month
• Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries about insurance coverage and claims
• Support brokers and assist with policy management

4. Website Solutions – Customer Support

• Location: Entrecampos, Lisbon (On-site)
• Function: Support for a major website creation platform
• Working hours: Sunday to Friday | 05:00 – 20:00 | Rotational shifts | 2 days off (Saturday + 1 rotational day)
• Special Benefit: Uber rides up to €25 paid for early shifts
• Salary Package:
• Base salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months)
• Complexity bonus: €180/month
• Responsibilities:
• Customer support via chat, email, and phone
• Assist users in building and optimizing their websites
• Educate users about platform functionalities

Requirements:

• Native or C2 level German speaker
• B2 level English speaker (minimum)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
• Proactive attitude, professional stability, and willingness to learn
