• You have only one Facebook account

🚀 Job Role: Operations Customer Expert I – Advertisers Support

You’ll support small and medium businesses on Facebook and Instagram by:

• Assisting via chat, email, and phone

• Guiding clients on ad tools and features

• Troubleshooting issues and reporting bugs

• Making outbound calls where needed

🕒 Working Hours

• 40 hours/week, rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday

💶 Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,050

• Holiday & Christmas bonuses: €87.50/month

• Meal allowance: Up to €154/month

• Total gross monthly package (with apartment): €1,379

• Accommodation: Fully furnished apartment (for employees living 100+ km from Lisbon)

• Training Compensation: €92.80/week (during 15-day training period)

• Health Insurance from day one

• Permanent contract after 2 years
