Fluent in English (minimum C1 – mandatory)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service OR banking / insurance / financial services (in Ireland)
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable handling sensitive topics: fraud, disputes, refunds, complaints
Strong decision-making skills in complex situations and empathy towards vulnerable customers
Fully available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Legal residence in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid residence permit – Manifestação de Interesse not accepted)
Assist customers via chat, email, or phone, with a first-contact resolution approach
Support fraud investigations, complaints, refunds, and sensitive inquiries
Manage complex cases autonomously and with empathy
Accurately update records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Provide feedback to the team and contribute to continuous process improvement
Base salary: €1,593 (without housing) or €1,382 (with housing included)
Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly: up to €132.75/month
Meal card: €7 per working day (~€154/month)
Optional accommodation: shared apartment with expenses included + cleaning twice a week
Paid initial training: €92.80/week
Performance bonus: up to €300/month
Health and dental insurance after contract signature
12-month renewable contract (possibility of a permanent contract)
